1. Agreement
By accessing RIFFL you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
RIFFL provides audio-based learning content, feeds, playlists, bookmarks, and optional Premium subscriptions.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate email information.
- You are responsible for account security.
- You may delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account.
- We may suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Free trial: New users may receive a limited free trial (currently 5 days from signup; confirm in app).
- Premium plans: Billed via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Razorpay (other platforms as offered).
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple/Google subscription settings before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Governed by Apple/Google policies and applicable law; contact store support for store-billed purchases.
- Pricing: Displayed in-app before purchase; may vary by experiment or region.
5. Premium sharing (invitations)
Premium subscribers may invite one other person via email. Invited users receive shared access while the invitation is active and the subscriber maintains eligible Premium. Misuse (reselling, automated invites) may result in termination.
6. Content & intellectual property
All audio, text, artwork, and trademarks in RIFFL are owned by RIFFL or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to listen through the app. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape content.
7. User conduct
You may not: reverse engineer the app; abuse support systems; upload illegal content; circumvent paywalls; use bots; harass others.
8. Disclaimers
Content is for general information and education, not professional advice. Service provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIFFL and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations. You may stop using RIFFL and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes communicated in-app or by email.
