Prefer in-app help when signed in: Profile → Help & Support (you can also open a support ticket in the app). Include your account email, device (iOS / Android) and app version, a short description, and screenshots if useful.

Frequently asked questions

RIFFL is an audio app for short, curated listens — frameworks, stories, and ideas meant to sharpen how you think and act in the real world. Browse Home, Explore, Riff, and Latest; save what matters in Library.

Email: request a one-time code (OTP), then enter it in the app
Google: Continue with Google
Optional: set a password later for faster sign-in

If you don’t receive an OTP, check spam, wait a minute, then request a new code. Still stuck? Email support@riffl.ai from the address you used to sign up.

Premium unlocks full access to listens (no free-tier limits), with benefits such as:

Share access with one other person (two minds, one pass)
Download listens for offline playback
Bookmarks and your personal library

Billing is yearly where offered; free trials may apply. Cancel anytime via your store or payment provider rules.

Apple App Store purchases: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → RIFFL
Google Play purchases: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RIFFL
Other billing (e.g. Razorpay): manage from the purchase confirmation email or contact support@riffl.ai with your account email

Paid Premium may include inviting one other person. In the app, open Profile and follow the invite / shared Premium flow. The invitee uses the email you invite.

In the app (preferred): Profile → Account → Delete account (confirm twice).

Without the app: use riffl.ai/data-deletion.

Deletion closes your account. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. You can register again later with the same email.

RIFFL may ask for notification permission for new drops and reminders you enable. You can turn notifications off in device Settings anytime.
